We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders placed on weekdays before 2pm*. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Any orders that are placed after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday. Engraved items can be dispatched on the same day however photo and image items will require an extra 24hrs for production.

All items are dispatched with Royal Mail 24 hour, 48 hour, or Next Day delivery services. The delivery timeframes stated below for our saver, standard, and international services are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.

*Please note that during the festive period this may not always be possible.

Please be aware that orders sent outside the UK can sometimes be subject to additional customs charges. The recipient is responsible for paying these fees.

Returns

Returns for Non-Personalised Items: Not satisfied with your item? No worries! Return it unworn and in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund.

Personalised Items: Customised pieces, like engraved items, are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or damaged. We've made these specially for you!

Faulty or Damaged Goods: If something's not quite right, contact us straight away at enquiries@badgerandbrown.co.uk, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.

How to Return: Reach out to us at enquiries@badgerandbrown.co.uk to start your return. Pack your item securely, including the original packaging and a copy of your receipt.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll update you on your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
