Sustainability is engrained in our mission – to create jewellery that our customers will treasure for life. Long-term environmental sustainability is crucial to any modern business, and we strive to make sustainable business choices at every step of the way. Having a positive impact on our environment is fundamental to our supply chain strategy, from the suppliers we choose to work with, to the packaging we send your orders out in, and the couriers we use to get your orders to you.
The packing we use is made from 50% recycled materials and purchased from a carbon neutral company. In addition, our packaging is fully recyclable (all you have to do is separate the paper from the bubble wrap inside and recycle both components separately) and FSC certified, meaning that the paper is responsibly sourced from managed forests. We choose to use the Royal Mail as our courier, as they are not only extremely reliable, which reduces waste incurred as a result of lost packages, but they are also regarded as the industry leader in the Global Dow Jones Sustainability Index.
